1. GENERAL PROVISIONS AND SCOPE 1.1 These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") govern the legal relationship between Memernity (hereinafter "Seller") and any physical or legal person (hereinafter "Customer") using the memernity.com website and purchasing the Seller's goods and services. 1.2 Use of the website and placing an order constitutes the Customer's unconditional acceptance of these Terms. The inclusion of any of the Customer's own terms is hereby excluded. 1.3 The subject of this agreement is the provision by the Seller of services for the creation and maintenance of digital memorial pages, as well as the sale of physical access media — weather-resistant QR plaques measuring 5x5 cm for placement on monuments and other surfaces.
2. ORDER CONCLUSION PROCESS 2.1 Information about goods and services posted on memernity.com constitutes a public offer in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Moldova. 2.2 The Customer forms an order by adding selected services and goods to the virtual cart and completing the electronic checkout process. Clicking the [Add to cart→Continue→Pay] button is a legally binding action confirming the Customer's intention to enter into a sales contract. 2.3 The contract is considered officially concluded from the moment the Seller sends an order confirmation email to the email address provided by the Customer.
3. PRICING AND PAYMENT TERMS 3.1 All prices listed on the Seller's website are final and include applicable taxes according to the legislation of the Republic of Moldova. Shipping costs are calculated separately and displayed at the final stage of checkout. 3.2 Payment for orders is made both in cash and by bank transfer via integrated payment gateways, including the Paynet system. 3.3 Payment processing is carried out on the secure servers of payment providers. The moment the payment button is clicked, the Customer is redirected to the secure page of the acquiring bank or payment system.
4. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES 4.1 The Customer undertakes to provide accurate information when placing an order, including a correct email address and an exact delivery address. The Seller is not responsible for delays or inability to provide services caused by the Customer providing incorrect data. 4.2 The Customer agrees not to upload to the digital memorial pages any content that violates the copyright of third parties, as well as materials of an illegal or offensive nature. The Seller reserves the right to block access to the digital page in case of a violation of this clause. 4.3 The Seller undertakes to ensure uninterrupted access to the digital memorial pages within the framework of the tariff chosen by the Customer.

• 5. LIABILITY FOR DEFECTS AND APPLICABLE LAW 5.1 In the event of a manufacturing defect in the physical QR plaque, the provisions of the statutory liability for defects shall apply in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection of the Republic of Moldova. 5.2 All legal relations between the Seller and the Customer are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. The place for resolving any disputes is the court at the Seller's location in the municipality of Chisinau, unless otherwise provided by mandatory rules of consumer protection legislation.

This Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data when you interact with the memernity.com website. Data processing is carried out in strict accordance with the Law of the Republic of Moldova No. 133 on the Protection of Personal Data.
2. DATA COLLECTION AND PROCESSING 2.1 Technical Data: When you visit our website, we automatically collect server log files (IP address, browser type, access time, viewed pages). This is necessary to ensure the security and stability of the system. 2.2 Customer Data: When creating an account and placing an order, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and delivery address to fulfill our contractual obligations. 2.3 Memorial Page Content: By uploading texts, photos, audio, and video materials to create a memory page, you provide them for public or restricted access (depending on the privacy settings of your page). This data is stored on our servers for the entire duration of your account.
3. USE OF COOKIES We use cookies (session and persistent) to ensure the technical functioning of the site (e.g., keeping items in the cart) and for analytics. You can manage cookie settings in your browser, but completely disabling them may disrupt the functioning of your personal account.
4. DATA TRANSFER TO THIRD PARTIES We do not sell your personal data. Data is transferred to third parties exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the order:

• Logistics Partners: Your name, phone number, and address are transmitted to courier services for delivery.
• Payment Providers: When paying for an order, your data (card number, cardholder name) is processed directly by the secure Paynet payment gateway. Memernity does not store your full bank card details.

5. DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS In accordance with applicable law, you have the right to:

• Demand the correction of inaccurate data.

Memernity provides careful and prompt logistics so that your order is delivered exactly on time.
1. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES The production and personalization of each memorial plaque requires careful attention. Processing time includes: assigning a unique QR code, laser engraving/printing, readability and coating quality checks, and secure packaging. Standard order processing time is 3 days from the moment payment is confirmed.
2. DELIVERY TIMES AND GEOGRAPHY Delivery times depend on the destination region and are calculated from the moment the order is handed over to the courier service:

• Delivery within Chisinau municipality: 3 business days.
• Delivery within the Republic of Moldova: 4-5 business days.
• International delivery: up to 1 month.

Note: During peak loads for transport companies or on holidays, times may be extended. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the recipient's country.
3. SHIPPING COSTS We offer a transparent cost calculation system:

• Standard delivery within Moldova: 50 MDL
• International delivery: 30 EURO

4. INCORRECT ADDRESS AND UNCLAIMED PACKAGES If a package is returned to our office in Chisinau due to an incorrect address or failure of the recipient to claim it, reshipment is carried out at the Customer's expense. Changing the delivery address is only possible before the order is handed over to the courier service. Memernity Refund Policy: At memernity.com, customer interests always come first. If your purchase did not meet your expectations 100%, simply contact us. We guarantee a full refund with no questions asked — just return the item within 30 days of receiving it.
Order Processing and Cancellation: We strive to deliver purchases as quickly as possible, so all orders are processed immediately. Therefore, it is impossible to cancel or change a placed order before it is delivered.
How to request a refund? To receive a refund, the buyer must follow these steps:

1. Notify us of your decision by emailing support.memernity@gmail.com no later than 30 days after receiving the package.

Who pays for shipping costs? All costs associated with the return shipping of the item are borne by the buyer.
When will the money be returned? Refunds are made to the same account or card used for payment. Expect the money to arrive within 30 days after the returned item arrives at our warehouse.
Return Conditions and Consequences of Contract Withdrawal

• Payments: We undertake to refund your funds without undue delay (no later than 14 days from your notification of withdrawal). However, we reserve the right to withhold payment until the item is actually received.
• Shipping Deadlines: The buyer is obliged to send the item back before the expiration of the 14-day period from the moment the return request is submitted.
• Item Condition: We accept returns exclusively in perfect condition and without signs of use. If the value of the item has decreased due to careless handling (which went beyond standard checking of its properties and functionality), the responsibility for compensating this difference falls on the buyer.
